› What services do you offer?

We provide numerous services including: repairs, upgrades, optimisation, restoration, recycling, networking and web design. For more information on these, select the relevant category from the menu on the left.

› What areas do you provide assistance to?

We provide support for all HU postcode areas. For more information please view the table below.

› What are your office/contact hours?

We are available for support or enquires from Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm. For assistance outside these times please contact us via email or when calling, leave a message through voicemail. Should you require one, we can arrange a home visit to accomodate your time schedule, eg. evenings or weekends.

› What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques or bank transfers. We will also provide you with a receipt.

› How quickly can you get to my location?

Ultimately this depends on the location of yourself, the time of day and what other jobs we are tending to. But for home visits you can usually expect us to be with you within at least an hour or two on any normal day.

› How long does it take to solve a problem?

This varies greatly, depending on the severity and number of issues involved. In some cases when a computer is heavily infected with viruses or a replacement part needs to be ordered, work will be undertaken in the Camputer Services workshop. We can collect your system from your home or premises should this be the case.

› Do you recycle computers, laptops and monitors?

Of course - we consider anything that isn't used anymore. We accept: both tower or desktop PCs, monitors (old and new types), laptops and even printers, scanners, fax machines etc. In some cases we can provide those worse off with a working system. › Can I drop my system off for repair?

Yes, this enables us to repair your system at Workshop rate (£15.00 per hour).

› Does your callout charge include the cost of parts?

Our callout charges purely cover the cost of attending your premises and labour for the first hour, the cost of parts is ontop of this. Should you suspect you require a replacement part, please notify us before we attend.

› Is my data treated confidentially?

Yes, under the Data Protection Act 1998, all data is treated with the strictest confidentiallity. Information contained on donated/recycled hard drives are purged prior to passing on.

› How much do you charge to deliver and setup a system?

This ultimately depends on whereabouts you live, but for Hull & surrounding areas this would be as little as £5.00. For areas up to 10 miles away from Hull, this would be £10.00. Please consult the table below for a better idea.

› How much do you charge for your services?

The following table is based on the callout charge and first hour only, subsequent hours are charged at £20.00.

As per the table, callout and the first hour of work on site within the Hull & surrounding areas is £25.00.
As per the table, callout and the first hour of work on site within areas outside of Hull is £30.00.
