Hull computer repairs

A quick call to Camputer Services™ and we could be with you within the hour.

Where possible, we aim to resolve any problems on-site during the initial visit. Should this not be achieved, we will arrange to come back at a later date with the required parts, or take the system for inspection and repair work that will be undertaken in our workshop.

If you're positive that you require a new part, please contact us for a quote and we can either collect your PC or laptop from your location, or arrange for it to be dropped off. This will allow us to repair it as soon as a replacement arrives.

Depending on the nature of the repair, some parts may need to be ordered from our suppliers - it may take between two to five days for them to arrive. We will inform you as soon as the repair has been completed.

If you are unsure what problem your system is experiencing, please contact us and explain the symptoms before we visit. This will ensure we have the required parts to complete the repair and our time spent travelling to your location is justified. Enquiries and quotations are free.

The below table outlines the callout price, hourly rates and workshop rates for the Hull & surrounding areas.

These are a general guide based on home visits. Should you require work which will be undertaken in our workshop, we will collect your system free of charge. If we are unable to repair or resolve your systems issue, you pay absolutely nothing.

Callout Applies to travel & includes the first hour of work on site.	Initial hour	£25.00*
Hourly rate Applies to each hour on site after the first initial callout hour.	Subsequent hours	£20.00
Workshop rate Applies to work undertaken within the Camputer Services workshop. There is no charge for collecting the system from your premises.	Per hour	£15.00
